Dha is effective and efficient. It comes with a dropper and packaged well fir delivery. I prefer algae based omegas to fish oil.
Cons
The dropper keeps breaking and it doesn't come with a lid. The rubber on the syringe of this baby d h a supplement is completely distorted and falling apart. This is not safe.
