Pros

The only downside for us is that our child’s neurologist & dietician recommend something with more epa than dha. I believe dha is helpful, if i have it, it keeps me up at night. Overall, these are an excellent omega-3 supplement for kids.

The mini soft gels are the perfect size for my kids. They look forward to taking their strawberry vitamin pearls every day. The capsules are easy for my 4 year old son to take. They enjoy the pop of the capsule.

Cons

It tastes like fish oil with a faint taste of strawberry you probably taste in your mouth when someone sprays a strong perfume near you. Is is very fishy smelling.

The outside is the strawberry flavor but if you chew it so the capsule breaks open- nauseatingly fishy flavor. If you succeed in pulling a few apart, the liquid mess gets all over you, as they congealed into a glob. Definitely not a good flavor combo.... Read More
