Pros

Reviewer says her son's school performance and appetite have improved. Her older kiddo also enjoys taking the pills. She doesn't have to give the pill to her daughter.

The flavor is more bearable than the liquid version. After couple of days he got used to them and now just chews them up before swallowing. No repeating and easy to *.

Cons

The outer coating is hard, thick, and almost impossible to chew. There is no way a 5-year old can * adult sized capsules filled with fish oil. The lemon flavoring notwithstanding, they are aweful.
