These are the first omega 3 pills that don’t upset my stomach. No fishy aftertaste. They’re fairly big, but the capsules are easy to *.
Fish oil helps with the eyes natural lipid layer. My knee has arthritis and doesn’t hurt nearly as much when i take it. It keeps my joints healthy and my mind & memory sharp.
Cons
Omega complete 3-6-9 contains borage oil which has given me headaches, nausea, and diarrhea. Even though the expiration date was in the future, i believe the product was in a state of decay. This product has a very small amount of omega 3 per two caps... Read More
It is extremely fishy and disgusting. Couldn't exchsnge or refund. But that's just a marketing gimmick i fell for.

Very easy to swallow and the taste is nice.
After using it for 30 days, i've noticed improvements in my skin and joint health, and my cognitive function feels sharper.
Game changer for adhd or executive function disorder… have to have the 6 and 9, 3 doesn’t cut it.
Started taking few weeks ago, see small benefits, no problems with after taste or size of the capsules.
