Pros

These melatonin gummies are my favorite! They work better than pills; because these are gummies, i think they are faster acting. These work very well for my son who prefers a gummy consistency and thickness.

They are also good for the candida diet, since xylitol is anti-fungal. My kids are picky about taste and they love these!

Nordic naturals has the best quality for me so far. Works ok, for it's dosage. I just bite it in half and take with water.

They work quickly and i am not groggy in the morning. I am a super light sleeper, which isn't changed by melatonin.
