Pros

Great way to get your gla through borage seed oil and you don't have to * pills. It isn't in capsule form, so i can easily * it.

The borage does wonders for your skin and in preventing menstrual cramps. I have a problem with my face being dry at the same time it is oily and this seems to be balancing my complexion better than ever.

Cons

Tastes absolutely rancid and nauseating. This deserves zero stars!

This seems to be a good quality product, and i hear it does great things for your skin and in preventing menstrual cramps.

Within weeks of use, the eczema on my wrists and knuckles has completely resolved and been replaced with healthy, moisturized skin.

This nordic naturals product contains 480 mg per 1/2 teaspoon.

Two notes:- the bottle doesn't have non-drip cap.

Price

It is slightly less expensive here so i will definitely order from amazon the next time i need more of this stuff!

This company shipped my gla oil so fast, i will definitely order from them again!

Also, it was packaged very professionally, and i like that it is in a glass bottle, rather than plastic.

Competitiveness

This is the second borage oil product i have used, and i strongly prefer it to the other one i tried.

- never bought other brand, can't really compare the "value for money".

The only complaint i have about this is that it's expensive but there's really no competitor that makes a similar product.

I had tried black currant oil which also has gla, but didn't see results.
