Pros

Nordic naturals curcumin longvida is a great product. Less stomach irritation than taking turmeric spice.

This product also combines supplements that nourish the brain, such as nac, l-glutathione, and omega 3. Helps with inflammation.

Cons

Softgels are way too big for me to *. Is just impossible to take that capsule. God forbid they make somebody sick or god forbid kill them.

Mental clarity, reduced inflammation, i love it.

Stiffness and arthritis in joints is all gone away.

Once having started using this, i know if i stop taking it for even a couple of days the stiffness & pain return.

I really shopped around for price and this is a great price.

My sister recommended it cause she really likes it and the price is great!

Quite pricey, but it helped with my knee problem after using 2 bottles.

It is not cheap but worth every penny in my opinion.

They advised that i toss them and they shipped me three fresh bottles!

So i am taking these but have only taken them for 2 days.

There is another brand that has been proven to have high absorbency is longvida.

It brought my triglycerides down better than any other product on the market that i have tried.

I bought omega curcumin because it features the optimized curcumin instead of the curcumin-95.
