Pros

Red yeast rice for cholesterol, coq10 and more than enough omegas. My cholesterol was lowered by this product. Even my doctor was impressed with the improvement in my cholesterol levels.

Arrived fantastically soon. Inexpensive and works. No problem with ordering.

The capsules are large but very slick and easy to *. The only downer is that this pill is large. I do like that they have the red yeast rice in the same capsule rather than separately.

Cons

Research indicates headache and dizziness are potential side effects of red yeast rice. All the pills were stuck together like a big rock. Couldn't get them out of the container.
