Vitamins are big but surprisingly very easy to *. Helped greatly for joint discomfort. Recommended by my chiropractor.
The quality is consistently good, and the impact to my health is as well. Not the cheapest by far, but very high quality. Also good for heart health & mood.
Epa is vital fo reducing inflammation. To reduce cellular inflammation, you need more epa than dha. Dha cancels out epa, so you want to go a little heavy in the epa department.
Excellent product from an excellent, top-notch company. Got these first from my chiro's office. Even when money is tight, i keep purchasing these.
Lemon flavor, no fishy aftertaste. Rare post-pill burp is refreshing.
