Pros

No fishy burps. No aftertaste. Pleasant with lemon scent.

The capsules last for years, vs the liquid which has a shorter expiration. I squeeze the liquid out onto a spoon to give to my kids. Only complaint is the dosage, 4 horse sized pills.

Cons

During this time of the covid pandemic, this is especially egregious. Too much omega 6 causes inflammation in the body which leads to all sorts of diseases.
