Cons

Down the drain. This is the second bottle that had the same problem. I expect a full refund!

All of the gelatin capsules were stuck together. Now that i'm nearing the bottom it is impossible to get the remaining ones out.

It tastes fishy after i have one of these with water. It takes multiple rounds of hand washing for the fishy smell to go away. This is the worst tasting and smelling omega supplement i have ever taken.
