The soft gels are easy to swallow, great quality , manufactured by a trust worthy company and full of omega 3’s .

Highly recommended for anyone who needs to take fish oil and you don’t like the aftertaste and you find the larger hard to swallow.

I have tried several other fish oils but could never tolerate the continuous burping and taste of the fish oil .

I am a 60 yr female and i take these because they’re easier to swallow and they don’t have that fish oil aftertaste.
