Omega 3 gel caps are easy to * and virtually tasteless. They smell lemony, unlike other brands that have a horrible smell. I'm a certified holistic nutritionist.

There is a foul, rancid odor that is emitted immediately after opening the bottle. Product has fishy taste and smell. Skin on my face turned red and inflamed after about three days, took over a month to go back to normal.
