Pros
Nordic naturals frequently comes up as well-tested and reviewed. I'm impressed with this product because it doesn't cause either. My hair and nails are in great shape too!
Cons
Apparently only using sardines and anchovies is not ok for someone who suffers with esophageal issues? Amazon customer service helped facilitate their return. Overall disappointed. If you struggle swallowing pills, this is not for you.
