Omega 3's can help with back pain and blood pressure. My grandson also takes four a day because of his high functioning autism. Even my doctor takes it.

Cons

About 20 minutes after taking, i get these * fish burps. These burps are so bad i can't use the rest of the bottle which was expensive. Apparently only using sardines and anchovies is not ok for someone who suffers with esophageal issues?

The pills are large, but they’re soft and easy to swallow.

I also buy them whenever they’re on sale, usually around fall so i stock up then.
