Pros
Rhonda patrick's research. Arrived promptly & no issues. Also best value. They are very nice and a good seller.
No aftertaste or burping or heartburn. Great lemon taste no fishy oily smell or taste.
Good for my hair, skin, and nails. Helped lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Also helps relieve joint pain. Makes my skin glow!
Cons
Lemon flavored but reeks. Were cloudy and smelled quite fishy. Seller complains of fishy burps.

I will have to check with a blood work results to give an opinion about its efficacy, but so far i like the product.
So far i cant say enough about this product.
I tried another brand today and so far i’m not pleased.
I did a lot of research to find this quality oil!
