Pros

After being on 2-a-day for over two weeks i have not had any nausea or upset stomach at all. These vitamins are very tasty which makes it easier to remember to take them. Flavor is delicious and living in the north we need to take this in the winter.

Nordic naturals d3 gummies are easy to * and easy to chew. No other gummy comes close. Great alternative if you don't like capsules.

Lots of d3s are huge tablets. For best absorption, always take vitamin supplements with food. I notice a huge difference in my overall happiness when i take vitamin d supplements.

Cons

Crunchy texture due to sugar-coating. It has a weird texture and overly sweet coated in sugar.
