Pros

The bottle is very large - for reference the photo of a gummy is taken inside the lid, which is nearly 3 across, and the bottle with lid is about 6. The bottle has a plastic seal on the outside and an inner foil seal for safety.

Vit. D3 is 1000 iu and it has the added benefit of k2. K2 is needed along with vitamin d in order for your body to absorb calcium. No issues beyond ingredients.

Very delicious and covered in crunchy sugar. Make giving these to my daughter each day like a treat rather than a chore. The texture is good too.

Great pomegranate flavor. Good for you and good tasting. My kids love this flavor & vitamin so much they beg me to take more.

Cons

The taste is nice, but they are really sugary. The gummies are sugar crusted! This is also not keto friendly.
