Pros
The omega-3 is from sea fish oil (anchovy and sardine) that was processed in norway. It contains the amount of omega 3 with the ratio of epa and dha that we look for. Nordic naturals is one of my favorite, quality sources of omegas.
The flavor of this one is tropical fruit, the other is tropical punch. I find the flavor to be mild, pleasant and most predominantly orange tasting. These are the best tasting ones i've found.

Cons
The taste itself is ok as far as flavor but the texture is very rubbery, like you're biting into blubber. They have a weird rubbery texture too, that doesn't melt or dissolve well.
Gummy wasn't returnable so i threw it away. Refunded my money. Id suggest newbies like myself attempt 1 gummy and dont make plans that day.

Best fish oil supplement i ever hadprior to purchasing these gummy omega-3 supplements i had never had gummy omega-3 before.
I’ve come to really like both texture and taste and plan to stay on these for the long term.
Anything that is made of sardine and anchovy oils clearly can't taste very good, unless you really like sardines and anchovies.
We usually love these but the last batch was melted and very hard to get out of the metal
Price
They are pricey, but the were recommended by my doctor, so i purchased them.
A little expensive but really good to keep kids healthy.
