What i am not sure is whether i received the right one because there is no marking for filter rating merv 8 or anything else or brand name on any of the filters received

The only clue is a sticker attached to the outside of the packing box that indicates the filter rating and brand name

These are still a good value compared to filtrete if you dont have high dust levels and can change them only every 3 months i am only dinging it one star because the filters are not labelled with the merv rating or any way to tell which filter you got

In the future i will try filtrete merv 13 mpr2200 filters that are currently on sale at costco for 11

Our air intakes are on the small side for the amount of air the system moves so i have found that we cant use some of the more restrictive designs

Im not aware of another brand with the minipleat feature and larger sizing but ill be checking for that before our next replacement cycle
