Some other 14 x 30 filters from other brands just seemed a tad loose and when the air or heater kicked on you could hear the filter buckle and suck in these do not

The merv 13s have more restrictive airflow so i needed to tape along the sides as an air leak has been created by the additional suction

I suspected however that the other brand restricted air flow more than the name brands and that is not good
