Pros

Nordic pure filters work well for furnace air filtration. Made in america, less expensive than many brands. Good maintenance and changing of filters do wonders.

Quality is very good-surpass the ones i have been using and do not bend/warp with the rush of air. They are a good value, and as far as sturdiness i suppose it is as sturdy as an air filter needs to be.

All in all, the sizing is correct and fits fine in my hvac. Wish they were marked, but beggars can't be choosers and we're certainly beggars.

Cons

So-called' 24 size refers only to the filter dimension, not the entire housing. Normal 16 x 24 x 1 filters are all about 1/4 inch smaller than printed measurements. After a few days, the filter gets pulled right into the vent hole.

This is highly deceiving! No packaging to confirm this is the right brand or merv. Very dissatisfied with the false labeling of this product.

Product sizing is not accurate! Not 16 inches. It is at least ½ short in width and length. Too small, cut much smaller than competitors.

They are unmarked with the specs, so i'm hoping we recieved the quality described.

I bought these air filters based on existing good reviews, and the product didn't disappoint!

Shipping

Shipping package is top notch, the filters are put into a very sturdy and thick cardboard box to minimize damage from shipping.

The only verification that i got the right size and filtration level (merv10) is from the sticker that is on the top of the shipping box.

Packaging/appearance

I ended up cutting a few inches out of the packaging box they came in to create a wedge.

I guess this is a way to save on marketing/retail packaging costs, which is cheaper for us consumers.

Competitiveness

I was having a hard time finding 16x24 filters so i ordered these and they fit very well.

Made in america, less expensive than many brands.

A standard 16x24 filter is actually 1/4in smaller overall.
