Just check the actual size, they all have spec actual size listed on their packaging.

For a merv 12 filter this is a comparable price to other brands.
Also, nearly half the price of some other brands i’ve tried.
They want you to buy their brand not a generic brand.

I liked the filter but mine must have been made on a friday afternoon some rows of pleats on one side are not lined up well
