Pros

The higher the merv number, the finer/smaller the particles that can be filtered out of your return air. Nordic pure gets a top quality rating known nationally.

Cons

After three months of use there was almost no visible signs that any pollutants had been filtered from the air. Saving money on filters just gets you inferior filtration in this case.

New filters are too small and need to have felt pads placed along the perimeter of the vent opening to snug up this poor fitting filter. Now flexes when air is turned on, but the pleats on the new filters are spaced unevenly and not parallel to each o... Read More

Both are printed as 20x25x1. Size is too small. But these new ones are improperly sized.
