Im not a big fan of the high merv pleated filters in a home hvac system

Its better if the filter is a 434 pleated 134 pleated filters are a recipe for disaster but i see no reason to use my hvac filter as a replacement for a vacuum

Merv 7 is just fine filters out bigger dust and things which can clog the air handler coil and doesnt add too much restriction to the system
