This is my third nordicware griddle because i use it every day abound wear it out after about two years. Almost everything can be cooked on this griddle. The height of the pan rim is perfect.
Purchased before xmas as a gift for my son and his lil family. My brother-in-law was impressed and will be buying one. Thank goodness amazon still carries it!
Use it primarily to makes dosas (indian rice lentil pancakes) it just wobbles a tiny bit and if you're cooking bacon, you will fill the grease channel fast! Tortillas and even used it to flat grill some thin steak. Great for pancakes.
This griddle is just the right size for two burners. It heats quite evenly, slightly cooler between the burners but not bad. The middle burner is only 10k btu but the side burners are 25k --- so it's easy to have an area for higher temps, etc.
Cons
The grease catcher is a nice concept, but it’s not deep—or wide—enough to sufficiently catch all of the grease from the thicker bacon we usually buy. Couldn't remove sticky glue used for label sleeve from grill. Glue still there and grill surface is d... Read More

This pan is perfect in every way: quality, performance, weight, ease of washing!
Light weight even heat cooked everything on it on the last camp out cleaned up super simple very happy with this griddle
This griddle is not bulky from the ends to where it would not sit flush against the back of the stove.
You would expect this since it's cast aluminum.
Price
On balance, this griddle is great for the price and i have no regrets.
