Pros

This griddle is amazing when brand new but after using for a while it diminished a bit. It fits perfectly on my stove top over two burners. The only downside is that too high a heat can warp the griddle.

This is a nice griddle but it has its shortcomings. I'm never disappointed with nordic ware products and the quality of them. Overall very pleased with nordic ware products.

This griddle works great on pancakes. They are easy to clean and are great for roasting vegetables in the oven. Perfect pancakes, bacon and eggs.

Cons

In my estimation it's a piece of useless *. Do not like it and am currently looking for another.

Small price though for the value and effectiveness of the cooking surface.
