Pros

This grill/griddle works great! I have a flat top electric stove, and this heats up quickly and evenly. It fits over two burners on my gas stove which is what i wanted. Practice with your pancakes on the griddle to get the right temp.

Surface is teflon like and cleans easily. Cleaning the meat off is hard, but soak it for awhile and use a soft brush.

Cons

It scratches much too easily, and it seems to be painted or sprayed on, not'sealed' on. Long after this aluminum imitation is in a goodwill bin, or a landfill.

This is not the right material for this kind of griddle. The pan heats unevenly (a big cold spot in between the burners) the last problem is that this thing will not stay put on my burners.

Quality

Have only tried the grill side, so far, for steaks and pork chops and was very pleased with the result.

Fits perfectly on my stove top, nice quality but the nonstick isn't really nonstick for eggs, use a spray.

I find that dishwashers warp many metal pots, pans, and griddles and i haven't chanced it yet on this product.
