Pros
Dans mon four panasonic. Love this pan. I'm very happy with this pan even though i thought the price was a little steep.
These are professional quality bake sheets. Take a little getting used to but excellent for roasting. Does what i want them to dobakes evenly. Work great for crisping up sweet potato fries to roasted vegetables to warming up bagels.
Cons
Aluminum is solid, and its well made, but there is a major flaw in the product as far as i've used it. It scratches easily, burns easily and is difficult to clean. Can't recommend the pans to anyone looking for a new set.

Great value for 3 different size pans.
This set of three is a great deal.
Cant say they are worth the 40 plus dollars.
I wasting more energy running the stove and that is on top of the cost of these expensive pans that add nothing to the baking experience.

I had a problem with my order and nordic ware was prompt and provided excellent customer service to remedy my issue.
Competitiveness
All brand new aluminum baking sheets will perform worse than old, well used baking sheets.
Lasts longer than wilton or other affordable options.
There must be a reason why it's a staple item for bakers alongside brands like chicago metallic and fat daddios.

They take literally twice the time to roast or bake anything compared to my old crappy betty crocker baking sheet i got at the dollar store

There are small scratches around where they nest into each other

These pans are great for things like cookies where you use parchment paper to line them but if you put something messy on them and it comes into contact with the metal be aware that the material will scratch very easily even with a little light scrubbing
