Pros

All of my baked goods come out evenly baked without being overly done on the bottom.

If you bake the psmf egg white breads, this is the pan to get. The advantage to not having a coating is that you can turn the heat way up.

It's nicely made. The rack is sturdy, too.

Cons

I was sent a single nordic ware pan containing a rack insert. The pan looks as though it was dropped in some places - the walls aren’t of uniform thickness and the rims are flattened on top. After one use and wash one of the pans looks disgusting.

It is super easy to clean up and a three layer home made, from scratch cake, fits it really well.

Great quality pan nice size easy to clean

Also i have used the darker baking sheets and they always burn the bottom of pastries, bread etc whereas these never do.

The pan is thick gauge, & the ridges make it pretty strong.

They are a good value for the price.

The only thing is they shipped the wrong baking sheets and plastic wrap was open, baking pan was unwrapped.

It takes up my whole oven, but i think these sheets are superior to others on the market.
