Pros

Nórdic ware is pro! I love their sheet pans and this is a perfect fit for the baker’s half sheet. Perfect fit to nordic ware 1/2 sheet tray or for just using as cooling rack.

This is my goto sheet for everything now and i would buy this exact same one again. It is sturdier then it looks. It appears sturdy and well made.

This works perfectly with the convection in the oven turned on since it elevates the food so that air circulates around. Great for baking bacon. Also good for making crispy fries. Great to cool my muffins on.

Cons

The entire cooking rack is convex. The coating on it isn’t appetizing.

I'v e ordered a different brand before ordering the "nordic" sheets and there is no comparison.

I bought this cooling rack,and then found 3 other cooling racks that i didn't know i had.

I only buy nordic sheet pans cooling racks and cookie sheets.
