Pros

The bottom distributes the heat very well. Cakes & brownies come out perfect. All of my baked goods come out evenly baked.

These are sturdy, very non-stick, and browns everything very evenly. They also make great lap trays. Super lightweight and easy to clean.

If you bake the psmf egg white breads, this is the pan to get. The only thing i do not like about this pan is the bottom is not flat. I still use my original bundt pan that is almost 30 years old.

Cons
