Pros
The sides are high so i can marinate meat in the fridge on the tray. It's nordic wear. Bought this to replace the sheet be corroded by a liquid cleanser.
Cons
When baking bread the top is dark brown and the bottom is still white. They rust incredibly easily and are not dishwasher friendly. This item is described as the “prism big sheet’ and therefore costs more than the non-prism big sheet.
