Pros

All-clad expensive pan has an inner layer of aluminum to better spread the heat evenly across the pan. Moka pot on the hot plate, it evenly disperses the heat. Works great on a gas stove to keep pots from burning on the bottom.

Repeat the seasoning as needed. Apply the coating on a folded paper towel while the oven is heating. No more burned pancakes.

Cons

My pots/ pans no longer sit flat on the product which defeats its intended use. Any pan that's put on it rocks and is unsafe.

This is the first time i've been unhappy with one of their products but this thing is a ripoff. This plate is so flimsy, it's pathetic. It is now about as useful as udders on a bull.
