Pros & Cons
Pros
Not flimsy at all. It’s somewhat heavy, but is great for heftier cakes because it does not bend or flex.
Quality is impeccable, exactly what you'd expect from nordic ware. Quick delivery, well packaged, good product.
Gray size to lift entire cake. Slick surface, easy to clean, and works well. It has an overall nonstick coating. Cleaning the lifter could not be easier.
Works well and fits nicely into the oven to get a pizza off a pizza stone. Works great for any cakes to move to a cake plate.
Cons
The rubber or whatever handle that it has is made of that rubber- you know the rubber-the one that stinks & your hand stinks from holding it. Not the ‘rubberized’ handle, wood.
Highlights
Quality
The sturdy handle and nonstick spatula is strong enough to lift some weight and the transfer process may require two hands.
It broad base helps stabilize delicate confections.
Just need to be careful since it’ll slip off if you don’t hold it sturdy, but works great!
It is sturdy and yet thin enough to easily slide under my layered cake slices.
Price
Too expensive for what the product is.
