This is a cast aluminum pan with lots of detail.
By using a premium baking spray and brushing the pan thoroughly, clean up and no sticking, got a beautiful cake
After placing the batter, i sat the pan on a doubled over towel and gently tapped the pan several times to get any air bubbles.
Of course it takes a bit to prepare the pan - i prefer to do it manually and not with spray but once done, the cake just slides right out.

Just make sure if you pour a glaze over it that the glaze is thin enough to still show off the details
