Nordic ware is a good brand. Cleanup is simple. Until after christmas its my official fudge pan.

Cons

The metal is paper thin and nowhere near as heavy as typical aluminum sheet pans, which is what i was expecting. The edges on the top cover are not finished, and are starper than most knives in anyones drawer. Not dishwasher safe. This is the dumbest ... Read More
