Pros

Perfect for cooling breads and cakes. Also good for making crispy fries. Definitely gets the crust nice and crispy. No comment on its use as a cooling rack.

The whole thing is very beautiful and very sturdy. You feel completely confident flipping the densest bundt on to it and around. Perfectly balanced and sturdy enough to use as a trivet for heavier casserole dishes.
