The tray feels very high quality and on par with more expensive brands.
The pans separate really well, far better than some low cost ones we have tried with horrible results.

It would have been helpful if nordicware had said be sure to put the pan on a baking sheet as the pan leaks while baking

Dont use regular cooking spray on it or the finish will get ruined found that out the hard way with a different pan i find that butter and a dusting of flour is the tastiest release agent
