Pros
That silvery glaze is from rolling the dough in sugar before you press. Use less dough than normal to have the stamp bake well. Refrigerating the dough makes it easier and a clearer stamp detail. Dust with flour on the dough and the cookie-cutter.
The stamps are sturdy. Sometimes a little encouragement is needed. I wish the tops of the stamps were flush so it was more comfortable in the palm for when you push.

Very disappointed in the quality for nordic ware. The cutouts themselves are a pain in the *! They will not release the cookie dough, you have to practically dig it out which ruins the design. It's just a hassle and my time wasted that i have to do al... Read More
The stamps are ridiculously difficult to use wasting dough and just getting stuck all over. I'm not at all a novice baker, but the instructions to rock the stamp back and forth is absurd and useless.

Turns out the honeycomb pattern works amazingly and it also my favorite out of all the stamps i got.
I was very happy with the results and had a lot of fun making these, too.
Even before opening the box i could tell these were quality just by the heft- these stamps are solidly made.
Packaging/appearance
These look good, and i'm excited to try them out, but the packaging was really terrible.
Competitiveness
I will be buy more of the nordicware cookie stamps.
