Pros & Cons
Pros
Beautiful heavyweight pans. The indentation in the pans are beautifully sculpted. This is by far the cutest bundtlette pan i have ever seen.
A proper spray makes for an easy release. Clean up is fairly easy, even with all the ridges. I think it will be much easier with that brush though.
This ol' cookie is happy and happier to know the creators were navy as well.
The pictures show the bundtlettes after i glazed them. Performed well even in my decrepit oven. Even heating gives even coloring on my cakes.
Cons
Do not use regular cooking spray. Since they state not to soak it, cleaning requires a small brush or q-tip.
Highlights
Quality
Very durable and sturdy pan and i was able to clean them easily.
Sturdy and last for a long time.
I've used this pan probably a dozen times now, and have had zero problems with unmolding the "cakelettes.
Within five minutes, they tumbled effortlessly from my pan onto a cooling rack.
Price
Expensive but worth every ¥en because the prices here in tokyo are literally astronomical.
Packaging/appearance
I enjoyed the professional look of my spiral individual muffin cakes, just spray each one with bakers joy.
I used these with a red velvet recipe (minus the red) and they turned out beautiful!
But by the look of it, it’ll be super nice when the cake comes out.
Made a bundt recipe from the package recommendation.
