Pros
Even heating, and perfect release of breads or meatloaf. Great loaf pan. High quality brownie pan for the win.
No discoloration or warping, very easy to clean. You do not need a rough scrubber to clean it. If food has harder on it, recommend soaking it first so you do not scratch it.
Always love adding nordicware bakeware to the rotation. Nordic ware never fails. This is another one that doesn't disappoint.
Convenient handles. The handles are terrific and make the pan easy to get out of the oven. The little hands extensions are a game changer.
Fabulous product. A joy to use. Would not use anything else. Looks beautiful also. A fantastic present.
Cons
Lighter weight, less quality. Bottom of pan is 8 inches while the top is 9. It is only oven safe to 400 degrees. Also arrived with damage, a large scratched area.
