Pros
The center hole is big enough to balance on a cola bottle. This pan doesn't leak, and cleanup is a breeze. The pegs on the sides of this pan make that easier. Angel food cake pans are never easy to clean, works great.
I let it soak after dinner and all the crumbs wiped off the first go around with a paper towel. Yes you have to soak it for a short time, but then it cleaned very easily with my dish brush and wash cloth.
Cons
There are 2 bumps for each feet total of 6 bumps inside of the pan which gets in the way. They bend very easily (not from the weight of the cake) this product must have been run over by a truck and then dropped kicked.

This is a very reasonably priced pan that should be in every serious (or not) baker’s pantry.
Little expensive but wanted to give this brand a shot.
