This has always been a major problem i have even had a pan pop so hard it tossed some contents right off and i found them burned at the bottom of the oven

Ive noticed others complaining that when they wipe them down with paper towels they come away grey like the aluminum is coming off

That is perfectly normal as paper towels are very abrasive to the point where it is not recommended wiping glass surfaces or mirrors or a television screen or computer display with paper towels as they can scratch the surface or remove any antiglare coating applied to it

They do not have the logo stamped into the inside of the pan either like you might see in the pictures

And i can fit them in my european stove which is a bit less wide than normal stoves ie a 12 sheet wont fit

Best baking sheets ive used but the anodizing is very thin even using a plastic scraper to get stuck food off will mar the surface
