Pros

Bakes evenly and easy to clean up. They cook evenly, even with parchment paper. Wipe the surface of the sheet prior to use to ensure no metal flakes join the food. They heat evenly in the oven helping the baking process.

The pans are heavy and not cheaply made. The pan's sturdy construction feels durable and long-lasting. No worries about it bending.

Heats evenly, cleans easily. Cleaning is a breeze. My only drawback is the few times i put one in the dishwasher by accident.


Cons

The surface is porous and everything sticks to it. My pans got ruined on the first dishwasher cycle.

What a waste of money. Super frustrating.

    It doesnt go the full depth of the oven so the fan can move air around this tray much the same way it did the original tray
