Pros

Great product love the lid. Arrived promptly. Lid snaps on well. Substantial weight and durability.

I use parchment paper to line befor i use so the cleanup would not be hard. Very sturdy and cleans up easily. It's easy to clean and very durable.

Cons

The new pans have less than half the heft of my existing pans. Since this dopey flaw did not exist on previous models, i assume the flaw is a software upgrade.

No longer. Buyer beware. Their latest product shows a precipitous decline in quality. It’s pointless, not useful.

They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly.

Mine is discolored because i throw mine in the dishwasher but i don't care.
