Pros & Cons
Pros
These nordic aluminum baking pans are great value for the money. Everything bakes nice and evenly. This one is perfect for smaller cakes or cornbread for just hubby and i.
The lid fits snuggly so leftovers are airtight. The lid is a huge plus when it comes to transporting dishes to potlucks, or even just wasting less foil or plastic wrap. No worries for breakage.
The pan washes and cleans up easily. It is a pet peeve of mine for it to be washed in a dishwasher. It's like 3 to 4 times thicker than others yet light and easy to handle.
Cons
It's easy to clean, but itβs super discolored and chipping already. One plastic lid was broken after washing and drying them.
