Pros

The size is just right for us and the cake was moist and delicious. The quality of this is top notch and the size is perfect for 2 or 3 people. One for my family and one to give away or freeze.

Makes a beautiful golden crust on the cakes. Great if you don't want that much cake laying around. My husband and i love dessert but a whole cake is too much.

Cons

It's not inexpensive but i got it at an excellent price here on amazon but even at full cost it's well worth the money.

I do feel that these pans are very much over priced.
