Quality

Very good quality mold and no problems with taking them out.

Definitely a high quality specialty cake pan.

Followed the directions that came with the pan.

But i expect it will be if the same quality as the other products by the same manufacturer.

Packaging/appearance

I used the recipe on the packaging and sprayed each mold with pam for baking (with flour) and they popped right out!

Follow manufacture's instruction of brushing butter and dusting with flour in the mold.

The pan is super heavy, but i expected that from nordicware.
