The quality of this pan is fabulous.
As usual nordic ware makes a sturdy, long lasting product.
I use the spray with the flour in it though, as suggested by nordic ware.
I made a red velvet cake and the rose pattern with the red velvet is gorgeous.
Packaging/appearance
I was scared the cake would be stuck in the creases.
Competitiveness
I definitely will order more nordic products.
They love nordic ware products and swear by them!
Sprayed with pam, baked a very liquidy chocolate cake, popped out like a charm.

The other drawback is about said nook and crannies theyre difficult to reach when cleaning the mould

Apparently if you lightly spray baking spray in the bottom half of the pan and make sure you have at least a solid couple of inches around the top of the pan that is not greased the batter will still climb and cling to the top

This one fell out and the heart one had to be fought out because i only sprayed the very bottom
